Seek the Thrill — Terms & Conditions / Booking Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern bookings and participation in trips, tours, experiences and activities organised under the name Seek the Thrill.

Seek the Thrill is a proprietorship operated by [PROPRIETOR’S FULL LEGAL NAME], carrying on business under the trade name Seek the Thrill, based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.

Throughout these Terms, “Seek the Thrill”, “STT”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the proprietorship operating Seek the Thrill. “Participant”, “traveller”, “you” and “your” refer to the person booking or participating in a trip.

By making a booking, paying for a trip, submitting a registration form or participating in an STT trip, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Nature of Our Trips

Seek the Thrill organises group travel and adventure experiences. Depending on the trip, these may include trekking, hiking, rappelling, swimming, water activities, cycling, camping, road journeys, off-road travel, outdoor activities and other adventure or recreational experiences.

Every trip may have different inclusions, exclusions, physical requirements, accommodation arrangements, meeting points, transportation arrangements and activity requirements. The details published for the specific trip form part of your booking.

Participants are expected to review the complete trip information before booking.

2. Eligibility

Participants who are 18 years of age or older may book and participate in STT trips subject to the requirements of the particular trip.

Participants under 18 may participate only where STT permits minors on that particular trip.

Where a participant is under 18:

• a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent;
• the parent or legal guardian must accept responsibility for the minor’s participation and provide any declarations or information requested by STT;
• the parent or legal guardian must provide accurate emergency and medical information;
• participation may be subject to the minor being accompanied by a parent, guardian or responsible adult where STT considers this necessary; and
• STT may refuse participation where the trip, activity, supplier rules, safety requirements or applicable law make participation unsuitable for a minor.

STT reserves the right to request age or identity verification.

3. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once full payment for the trip has been received by Seek the Thrill, unless STT expressly communicates otherwise in writing for a particular trip.

Submitting an enquiry, registration form, Instagram message, WhatsApp message or other expression of interest does not by itself confirm a booking.

Availability may be limited and is generally subject to the number of spots available when payment is received.

Participants must ensure that all information submitted during booking is accurate and complete.

4. Pricing and Inclusions

The price and inclusions applicable to a trip will be those stated on the relevant booking page, registration form, itinerary or official STT communication at the time of booking.

Only services specifically mentioned as included are included in the trip price.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, expenses such as travel to and from the trip meeting point, flights, trains, personal purchases, insurance, medical expenses, meals not listed as included, additional activities and other personal costs are the participant’s responsibility.

5. Cancellation by the Participant

All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing to:

or through the official Seek the Thrill WhatsApp account used for your booking or trip communication.

The date on which STT receives the written cancellation request will be treated as the cancellation date.

The following cancellation policy applies unless a particular trip expressly states otherwise:

30 days or more before the trip start date

The participant will receive a full refund minus a ₹500 processing fee.

15 to 29 days before the trip start date

The participant will receive a 50% refund of the trip amount paid.

Less than 15 days before the trip start date

No refund will be provided.

No-show

A participant who fails to arrive for the trip or misses the trip without cancelling within the applicable cancellation period will not be entitled to a refund.

Any refund eligibility will be calculated based on the original scheduled start date of the trip.

6. Transfer of a Booking

Bookings are personal to the registered participant.

A participant may not independently sell, transfer or assign their booking to another person.

STT may, at its discretion, allow a participant substitution or transfer where
